What is going on in my body? lridology answers the question. The greatest advantage of lridology is its ability to identify the presence of early pathology, or disease, in the tissues of the body. Before lab tests and clinical detection can show the problem, iris analysis interprets an individual's aches, pains and symptoms in their earliest stages.
lridology is the science and-practice of analyzing the markings, colors, and configurations in the iris (the colored portion) of the eye. It reveals inflammation, where it is located, inherent weaknesses, levels of health and body constitution. A closer inspection with tools made available by technology reveal the iris to be a microcomputer readout of bodily functions and conditions. By doing an iridology analysis, it is possible to determine the present state of health or weakness in specific areas of the body, such as heart, lungs, pancreas, stomach and colon.
How did lridology Develop?
In the early 1800s, a Hungarian physician, lgnatz von Peczely, started seeing a connection in his patients' irises with their injuries or illnesses, and he concluded that there was a reflex relationship between the various markings in the iris and the rest of the body. He was certain that the iris mirrored tissue changes in the various parts of the body, because as the patient
healed, their iris markings changed. Von Peczely created the first lridology chart based on his findings.
Since then lridology has progressed tremendously, with numerous scientists and doctors refining the scope and improving the chart. In the United States Dr. Bernard Jensen developed the most comprehensive chart that is still the most accurate one used today.
How It Works
The iris of the eye is an extension of the brain, endowed with hundreds of thousands of nerve endings, microscopic blood vessels, muscle and other tissues. It is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system. The nerve fibers receive their impulses by way of connection to the optic nerve, optic thalami and spinal cord. Both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are present in the iris. Through the use of magnification it is possible to chart the areas of the body needing correction, and restore health using nutritional supplementation.
